I used the ShopRite pharmacy for a refill, i was a little stressed at first because I had a question about my insurance and didn’t feel like dealing with a whole hassle. But the person at the counter was really patient and actually took the time to check it for me instead of making me feel rushed.

Once that was sorted out, I felt so much better. My prescription was ready when they said it would be, which was a relief, and I liked getting the text update so I wasn’t stuck wondering or calling to check.

It wasn’t anything over the top, just friendly people doing a good job, and that really does make a difference. I left feeling taken care of, and I’ll definitely keep using them for my meds

I had a payment go through twice by accident and I was annoyed at first because I thought it was going to turn into a whole thing. But ShopRite support checked it quickly, and the refund was back on my card sooner than I expected. There wasn’t much back and forth either, which was a relief. So yeah, stressful for a minute, but in the end it was simple enough.

I had a problem with my order and it just took way longer than it should have to get someone to help me. They did end up fixing it, so I guess that’s good, but I had to follow up a couple times, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating. Maybe they were busy, but still, if the issue got fixed in the end then I don’t know why it couldn’t have been handled sooner. Not terrible, just not a great experience.

I used ShopRite pickup this week and it went really smoothly!! I got the text that my order was ready, pulled up, and they brought everything out quickly!! There was only one item they had to swap, but it was totally fine. So much easier than going inside after work!!!

I use shoprite.com often, it feels like a small victory every time the things I need are actually in stock. Most of what I search for is available, and even the sale items show up more often than I expect, which is kind of shocking in the best way. It makes grocery shopping so much less stressful because I’m not constantly rewriting my whole list at the last second like I’m in some last-minute dinner crisis.

I’ve only ordered from shoprite.com a handful of times, so I can’t say it’s always like this, but my experience has been good so far. The produce has shown up fresh, the lettuce wasn’t wilted, and the bananas were pretty much just right. The meat looked fine too. I haven’t gotten any of those old-looking items I’ve had with some other grocery deliveries, so at least based on my orders, I’m happy with it.

Umm, I’ve always noticed how clean this store is. The aisles are tidy and easy to walk through, which makes shopping here pleasant.

Shoprite.com has been really convenient for me, especially on weeks when everything feels packed. Instead of being one of those people rushing through the aisles after work with everyone else, I can just add things to my cart whenever I think of them.

I still occasionally forget something, but that’s definitely my own fault, not the site’s. Overall, it’s been a simple way to keep groceries handled without adding more chaos to the week.

They picked really good swaps for me every time

As someone who uses shopping apps often, I’d say this one works well most days. It usually loads fast and feels easy to use, though checkout did lag on me once. Not a huge deal, but I definitely noticed it.

I’ve used shoprite online a few times now, usually when I’m rushing around and don’t have time to wander through the store, and the inventory has been surprisingly accurate. The stuff I added to my cart was actually available, which isn’t always what happens with grocery pickup.
There was one small substitution, but it made sense and wasn’t a big deal. Pickup was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to scramble to redo my whole list at the last minute...

Shoprite.com gets the job done, but it’s annoying to use. Stuff loads slow, finding items takes too much clicking, and the cart gets weird if I go back to shop more. I like ShopRite, but the site needs work.

I stopped in for some rolls and deli meat, everything I picked up tasted really fresh. The rolls were just how I like them, and the deli meats were really good too. I was happy with my little haul

The weekly deals are decent sometimes, but they seem to sell out really fast. Not sure how to explain it, but it’s a little frustrating when you spot something good and it’s already gone...

I still shop on shoprite.com here and there because it’s convenient, but lately the prices have been disappointing. Not saying it’s a scam, but a lot of the regular items I buy are the same price or even cheaper at other stores nearby, even before using any coupons. The weekly deals can help a bit, but the everyday prices just feel higher than they should be. It’s easy to use, but if you’re really trying to save money, it’s not always the best option anymore.

I don’t love how high the delivery fees are, honestly. They definitely add up and made me hesitate, but the service itself was good and everything went smoothly, so I guess I can’t complain too much.

The staff at my local ShopRite are usually helpful, even when the store is busy. One employee actually walked me over to the aisle to help me find something, which I appreciated. Checkout can be a little slow sometimes, but overall it’s a solid place to shop
